will i need a remap again if i put on a 22psi/1.5 actuator on my vf23 turbo plus will i need to do anything else to the car ?

Why are you wanting to run 1.5 bar mate, to be honest the VF23 isn't the most robust of the VF range, I personally wouldn't run more than 1.3 bar on one if I wanted it to last.

What boost are you getting at the moment and what was it mapped to?

it boosted 21 psi at motorscope and shows 20 psi on gauge
not sure what andy f set boost at

20psi is 1.37 bar mate so you are on the safe limit of the turbo now.

still need new one as this one keeps sticking and getting worse
quote ohh lisa turbo is on way out need new one best get a vf 43/48 and its a bonus better mpg with these ones just need the 550s to pair up and map

Yeah but you would be better off fitting a standard one so you can also use the ecu's boost control system.
you say its sticking, it may just be the pivot pin is sticking, the actuator its self may be fine.

av seen a few sticky ones in the past, and yes biglad a bit release spray/grease normally sorts them mate
