Newage Intercooler To Classic Phase 1.5 Conversion Question.

Hey lads,
My Forester is the same as an Impreza Phase 1.5 and I have just bought a Hawkeye WRX intercooler for it.

Just wondering if anyone ha any experience of cutting off the Newage dump valve section and welding in the dump valve elbow from the old Phase 1.5 intercooler like the following picture.

Plus if at all possible a rough price, I do also have an old donor Phase 1.5 intercooler to cut up.

Speak to Andy k, the engineering shop a few units along did ours and a load of others too.

av got an adaptor what bolts straight on if you want it mate ?

Cheers Finn, Problem is the idle control valve air pipe is in the way so need to go down the cut & shut route.
