Subject: Where is a good paint/body shop? Mon 1 Aug - 18:20
Hi i was wondering where there is a good paint/body shop anywhere around Darlo? as i have a few littel pieces i want touching up tiny rust patch and stone chips was wondering if there is anywhere that you guys recommend? Also if the place could sort slight bumper sag?

dont use autospray on whessoe rd ..the guys not to be trusted :Dcustomers cars tend to have a few extra miles on them

try HBRC in murton, just up from dalton park
excellent workmanship, take all me cars there and always recomend him to me friends

Is there anywhere a bit closer to Darlo that you know of? i have been to berry and palmers before dont know where they are now but i would not go back there as there colour match is not the greatest or the shading/blending.

is this guy good at HBRC then? might take a drive up one time. how does he charge not over priced or anything?
would he be able to sort the bumper saging? and a tiny rust spot as i know a few places dont like touching rust.

HBRC MY CARS IN THERE NOW SO I CAN SAY IT FROM EXPERIENCE ... VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST 100% GUY
F1NNY IVE SEEN HIM FIX A BUMPER THAT WAS CRUMPLED AND SPLIT IN 2 IT WOULD OF BEEN EASIER BUYING A NEW ONE BUT HES A TOP GUY

I can recommend a guy in Bishop if thats any closer for you. But sounds like HBRC is getting good votes too.

to be honest f1nny there are loads kenny bleasdale is one of the best if not the best but he charges the best..

Not really close to Darlo but if you are fussy with paint like I am try these guys there work is first class.

Not sure wether this is the one Baldy's on about but http://www.autospraydarlington.co.uk/ has an excellent reputation. I have took mine there for private work and insurance work. They have just resprayed a new wing and door and blended it into the rear door for me and they have done far to good of a job. No orange peel at all like the rest of the car which is factory paint its 100% spot on and my parents have been taking there cars they for years if any accidents have happed as well as people I know at work. Picked mine up few weeks ago and they were restoring 3 classic Mercedes and the Mini enthusiasts seem to trust them. Have a walk in the younger guys decent crack. Come and have a look at the work done on mine if you want.

cheers guys. i want to get the best job really as if its done right first time it wont need re doing espcially after i just spent ££££'s on my engine and turbo etc i want the body work in tip top condition ill have a look around at all the suggestions and see where takes my fancy.

well hbrc is defnitly the place for me ive never seen someone be so fussy over tiny details if its not done right it doesnt go out simplesss
