| Right i've still got the original bridgestone potenza re070 tyres on the front of the car and some dodgey budget tyre on the rear (were on ther car when i bought it! the tight previous owner lol), but due to having a slight spin out earlier tonight at chester park roundabout! a nice 360 spin at low speed due to the rear tyres having what i would state as no grip what so ever in the wet! a can't have been doing 20mph, do i go for a full set of potenza re070 but i know there more of a summer tyre, or is there a good all year round alternative that had been tested by fellow members that the would recomend to me? | |

| You cant go wrong with "vredestein ultrac sessanta", get better write ups than tyres at twice the price. | |

| Toyo Proxes T1R on mine, never given me any reason to doubt them. I dont cane the arse off the car all the time, but I dont creep around like an old duffer either. | |

| I think its mainly down to personal opinion and what you like the feel of. Any off the top 10 Autocar tyre tests will be excellent tyres but it depends how much you want to spend and what you want from them. I replaced the original Bridgestone Potenza RE070's with Toyo Proxes T1R's as I think they are the best between price and performance. Used them on most of the cars I have had. | |
