| Not the best to mod, they are twin turbo so to get more power you need to remove the twin turbo setup and replace it with a single turbo. | |

| headers, up pipe , downpipe, exhaust, turbo, intercooler, remap and other bits then the idea of getting a legacy cheap becomes expensive, more complicated with automatic also | |

| Hey Micky, Milo at work had one of these, same colour and spec and so did TRLS at Import Car Parts. Even thought the suspension is Bilstein it has horrendous body roll with it only having a 14mm rear anti roll bar and that's uprated over the standard spec with no rear arb. The twin turbo 2 stage setup is terrible, you have a small turbo for better spool up and then a bigger turbo which comes in later in the rev range, only problem is what the drivers call "The Valley Of Death", that is the point of no boost between the first turbo cutting out and the second turbo coming on boost. Nearly none of the Impreza bits fit the car. Get the service history checked, checked and checked again as the one Milo had only lasted six months before the big end bearings went and he was looking at over £800 for an engine repair. Also Road Tax - Was a whopping £460 for a year. Milo ended up trading it into S G Petch in Richmond for his STi, they gave him £800 for it without even looking at it, he was a bit gutted about the part ex price especially after spending £6000 on it six months ago, but he was over the moon that when they start it up the engine sounded like this: | |

| If you thought that your old STi was a money pit - well this is the mother of all money pits if you get a bad one. Especially with the extortionate road tax. Check out UKlegacy.com and do a search on B4 RSK. Miles had the B4 RSK RFRB which included a few extra trick bits, was still slow as it was so heavy. TRLS even couldn't get rid of his for £2k, he ended up swapping it for a knackered bighorn: https://nesf.forumotion.co.uk/t215-subaru-legacy-b4-rsk?highlight=legacy+b4 | |
