fooking mint them ive always wanted a real one but £25.000 PLUS for a metro no thanks but if i was a millionare defnitly have one for nostalga perposes

I went for a few laps of Oulton Park in one with Tony Pond in 1990......parts of me still havent stopped shaking. Ive never been so scared in my life. He thought it was rather amusing.

Nice car that Dave, just a pity that its not an original - mind you it would cost a lot more.

Back in the late 80's my old boss David Gillanders used to rally a real Gartrac Motorsport Metro 6R4 and we got to do work on it, then when he took on Subaru at the dealership he started with the Scooby bug.

Did you know that the 6R4 engine was a shortened Rover V8. They just cut 2 cylinders off of the block for the V6.
