| The restrictor pill is in the outlet pipe( bottom one) on the standard 3 port solenoid setup, it keeps the boost down as apposed to keeping it high on the 2 port.
around 0.9 bar boost sounds about right for a z4 ecu that you have fitted.
194 bhp is very low, should be around 260-270 with the mods you have.
2.0 + TD05 + front mount is a receipe for lag to be honest mate, a front mount in my opinion only becomes beneficial over 360bhp. | |

theres ya problem regarding lag, a tdo4 is gunna struggle like mad with a front mount, bit lyk trying to inflate a bouncy castle with a hand pump, ie get neewere fast

| Howa Andy, are you having an off day? It's a pre 96 uk classic, it has a td05 as standard, and the restrictor is in the pipe that goes from the bottom of the 3 port solenoid to the plastic resonator box (that the nipple always snaps off). To be honest I have only seen the restrictor in the WRX's, never had a uk pre 96 classic to bits. | |
