NUTS giving me gyp.....

putting some classic alloys on my scoob,but when i put the wheelnuts on that are on already(short stubby ones) it looks as though the shoulder of the nut is nearly touching the recess part,will i need longer nuts ? with a bigger slopey bit if u know wot i mean so the big question is do I need different ones or will my original ones be ok ???

i use 12x1.25 (i think thats just the tread though) if that make any sense?!?

the thread is fine,its just cos they are standard chrome domed wheelnuts and they seem to seat further into the wheel hole (recess) so cant see if they sit right.they tighten up ok but dont want to go down the road and wheels fall off.didnt know if i would have to get longer open ended wheel nuts or if standard ones do.

Sorted,and the wheels haven't fallen off which is a bonus.
