You don't need photobucket strictly speaking.. maybe to resize it but that's all.. you can use a pic from your pictures on your pc/lappie.. if it's too big resize it on photobucket then right click and save the resized pic back into your own folder..

microsoft do a resize tool also which allows you to rightclick>resize which hels GREATLY
