| yes they mappable but i think they used more for rally cars | |

| dont think ther mappable, these are from japan and the map is set for high octane fuel, stuff we cannit get here in uk | |

Deffo seems to be the case amonst the majority, but i did run one for several years with no issues, & the bottom end only went when i got the Simtek fitted, But saying that i have read of loads of stories of motors going pop within weeks of fitting a Mines ecu. | |

| Like Andy said, they are mapped for higher octane fuel but in Japan they didn't get 100 octane fuel until around 2000 so the early ones arnt as bad- although you definately need to run V Power plus octane booster with it. We tested one in the rally car and it ran really sweet, but was getting around 5mpg when driven hard on a stage!!!! | |

| cheers lads now come across cheap apexi ecu just need to sort the cash and thing that will be the route i will be taking 250 with no commander which i think is pretty cheap | |
