Subject: Shock absorbers o5 wrx Mon 17 Oct - 19:54
After alot of research it looks like il need to replace my rear shocks,my mate will have a look friday to confirm,just wondering what to replace them with? Standards are a no go,dont think il have the spare cash for coilovers...unless anyone knows of any cheap/used ones!

Have a crawl underneath the rear of the car and look at the bottom of the strut, if you see a bolt in the bottom of the cylinder you can use Keith's handy how to guide on how to refurb them and stop the knocking.
If you can't refurb them, I'd recommend KYB..had them on when I bought the car and just had to replace the r/n/s one so did both sides for less than £200.
