the prices are unreal at the minte
for £8995 you could buy a hawkeye sti .
last weeks autotrader was the best
there was 2 nearly identical haweye sti's ,both the same year, one had 59k other had 51kmiles
one was £12500 ono
other was £7750 ono
WTF is all that about
nearly £5k difference

still cheaper as here in Belgium there is a classic wagon going for 13000€ a hawkeye sti going for 25000€..... bought my bugeye for 10000€ 2 years ago and they still go for like 9000 there is even one that goes for 8800€ with broken tranny en flywheel...

The pricing is weird now, took me hours off researching prices before I sold mine and I settled on £7750 and had loads off interested sold in a few days by the first person that come without even trying to knock me down on price which made me think I had advertised it to low. Especial when I see crack heads advertising them at 10-12k but then I have seen good Hawkeyes sell for 4.5k-5.5k on eBay. Think some people just think an impreza been a popular performance car holds its money which isn't true,except for maybes the Type R's. Still seem to be worth 6-8k for late 90's examples. Do you think they have bottomed out on price like escort cosworths? Could be a good no deprecation car.
