Subject: which fuel pump ??? Wed 12 May - 11:02
hi guys
well after my sccob poped its engine due to stock pump fitted not the walbro as stated in my paper work im in need of buying a new pump for when i replace the engine
car will be rrunning the td05h turbo & 330bhp @1.1bar boost
should i get the walbro 255 again or has anyone had dealings with the boshch 044 or da27 305 lt ph pumps ?
any recomendations ?

You said the car has never had a Walbro???????? That should be ample for the power you say you'll be running.

what i meant but didnt put it on here , the car has had a walbro 255 which ive found a dead walbro in a bag wedged down where the too kit goes & a brand new looking stock pump fitted which has caused my dead engine.
i never checkled the fuel pmump as my paper work showed it had a walbro 255.

I would put a walbro in, unless you want to run silly power (+500hp), I only had to change my walbro when I was running +530hp.
