| Been looking for a sti spolier for a while and found one for £250 in the same colour code but a few people have said get it with the bootlid and tentioners all as one but people want like £350+ for that and you would have to mess around with the boot locks aswell no?
what would a garge charge to fit a STI wing on a WRX bootlid any one know?

| I don't think it would cost too much to get it fitted in a garage as it's a pretty straight forward job. I have just changed boot and spoiler on mine, took a couple of hours. The hardest bit is the lock, once you know how to take them off though it's a doddle. | |

| Flipping the low level spoiler off and the high level spoiler on is an absolute doddle. You deffo dont need to pay a garage. Believe me, if I can do it, you can do it. | |

| Apisto. believe me, when I say if I can do it, you can do it. Plenty on here will testify to that fact. I wont even try most things that people can generally do with their eyes shut.
It took me over an hour to change a flipping air filter once - even a complete fek wit can complete that task before you get to the end of a good fart.
A garage would have your eyes out, worst case get someone on here to supervise or lend a hand.

I will testify to that you are pritty ****** Apisto, dont get a copy, the originals are the best, if I can remember right the springs on the boot lid is different to cope with the extra weight from the spolier.

| bear in mind if changinging from a wrx spoiler to an genuine STI spoiler you will need to drill around 8 extra holes in your bootlid, you have to get it right first time and without a template it can be very tricky | |
