Apparently my car can't read. The sign said "drive slowly" but the red one shot back into the parking space, volleyed the sign up into the air and bounced it off the lamp post and deposited it randomly behind the car. Someone had tried to weigh it down with the paving slab but that just didn't do the trick. And not a mark on the daft lad but some joker has dropped an invoice for a £30 warning sign on my office desk

I was bloody lucky as I caught the sign right in the middle with the exhaust and it just flipped out from under the car and somersaulted through the air and off the post, with a few little bits tinkling down on top of the car like plastic rain. The guy who was parking up in front of me was almost diving for cover, it went everywhere. What a spanner
