PostSubject: New member from Hamilton, Scotland   Tue 7 Feb - 20:07

Hi there everyone, I'm not from North East England but I'm a pure Subaru fanatic and thought why not. I've got a UK type Turbo 2000 Impreza which I'm slowly modifying, although not so much for power, more handling look and interior comfort. I'll post a pic here but she's not quite finished lol

So far I've done those decals, and there are more to come.
I'll be changing the existing exhaust next month, with a Cobra Cat-Back System and Cobra Down Pipe with Sports Cat.
I've already modified the suspensions, with BC Racing BR Series Coilovers, and Whiteline Adjustable Lateral Links.
I have this set of wheels at home just now, Speeline ST2's which are getting powder coated in gold next week.

So far that's it, but like I said the work will keep going on bit by bit.
cheers for having me, Hope no-one minds about me joining, even though I'm not from your area
vince

thanks for the welcome, yeah I'll get there carlos, eventually lol
keffer the previous owner said something about a upgraded ECU. I'm not sure. I'll check what's under the carpet and see. I'm not expert on ECU talk lol
Yeah she's a nice car, but there'a lots of work to be done to make it a lot nicer. Previous owners didn't car much, was just a car.
But she's in good hands, I'm scooby nuts Very Happy

I'm definitely planning this one. Would be my first time. Can you simply go, without being with a club? Or is it only for clubs?

No stress Vince, plenty of "independants" go who arent affiliated to one particular club, and all levels of car turn up there from pure bred off the back of a trailer show cars to everyday runabouts to absolute sheds.......like the guys on the Evo stand. Laughing

Just make sure you pop over and say hello, collect finishing touch decals (for a few gold coins) and enjoy the banter.
