Low on boost Empty
PostSubject: Low on boost   Low on boost EmptyThu 9 Feb - 11:30

Ok guys ive lost boost today
Ive done nothing to the car yet today the boost os down to 10-12psi rather than 14-16psi. Its noticible so ruled gauge out . Ive checked pipework to manual boost controller and its fine. Could this be my controller packed up or is this something worse as seems imprezas are in the habbit of failing recently lol
Any help/advice is appreciated

ok guys spoke to warwick about fitting his dv then we came up with reverting back to standard setup and thats cured it so it was the mbc

ecu which i had chipped local was shit tbh ran horid and fuel cut the lot
got warwicks old ecu in now done by polar performance chip supplied by jolly green monster and its mint again more power smoother and nice to drive round the doors off boost. needs a service now as plugs gettin blown out lol

so for future advice with similar problems my solution was the manual boost control at fault

cheers anyway lads
