king The AFP 20g is the limiting factor, but if i max its out it will make for an iteresting B road racer me hopes.
If all goes well i'll probs change the turbo at a later date. But its all abut the Money, thought i had everthing bought, but just spent £150 on clips Shocked then i have to tax, insure & MOT thre fooker, then get a re-map.
Oh & plugs running in oil, more oil & coolant Shocked
Just as well work is manic at the min.

Little update,
Had a few probs with delivery of murray clamps (Delayed in customs), 3 weeks.
Fuels rail bracket bent when i nipped the braided lines up causing rails to piss fuel when primed. Had to remove the inlet etc, took it all over to Bob to see what he could come up with,
Cheap bracket

After a bit of a wait, milled high tensile steel, deffo won't bend these
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Then realised(once everything was built back up) that i had gone from ph2 billet rails on the old build to ph1 so had to buy some adaptor caps.
Murray clamps arrived yesterday, so finished off intercooler pipe work cleaned out & assembled, PAS filled & running in oil added. Just waiting on one 30mm 180' pipe to arrive & then its time to turn the key, fookin cackin me self, lol!
Just about done.

Well the pipe i was waiting for didn't arrive, so made a temp fix for the dump valve, cranked the car over with the crank sensor off to get the oil circulated, then once the butterflies subsided, tried to fire it up, 1st try bang....... fired into life, throttle cable needed adjusting, oil pressure 6bar lowering to 3 once warmed up, alsl well apart from a small leak from the bloody turbo feed which i'll have to look at tommorow, think i may have to pull the blower off to sort it but at least it runs, .
Also managed to fit the volvo s40 washer mist jets (direct replacement for subaru ones) & an inline pump for a bit more pressure as i lost a bit when i moved the bottle to the boot. And they work a treat.

Cheers for the comments gents.
After being ran for an hour to get all the air leaks out, it had a nasty leak of oil from the turbo.

Thinking i did sommit wrong with the rebuild, pulled it off, re-built again, ........ & still no joy. after 3 more strips & re-builds trying different bit ect it still was ng. Then deceided to get some new bits rather than bust it. Mr JG managed to get hold of a replacement cartridge & had it machined to let the 20g wheel fit, CHEERS BUD!. Cleaned it alll off in Drews parts cleaner. MANY THANKS AGAIN BUD!. rather than try it again with the same shaft, ordered a new shaft & & turbine wheel clipped back 7degs along with a new uprated seal from a uk company, & not a bad price

it arrived in less than 24hrs!. put it all together & .......... all is good, even took it down the street & back (the paddle clutch is like a Tw*T).
Just need the coin for tax test & insurance, & if it all holds together the a map. But it may be a while as the £ i had set aside has all gone on all the bits i didn't think of(clips, hoses, broken turbos) geek
