Whilst off deceided to sort the drive shaft leaks & ordered new oilseals, once the driveshafts were off realised i had an optinal extra,
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Laughing

fitted the new seals from ICP.
2/3rds of the car undersealed.

Got this for later on as well.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

it worked out cheaper & quicker than making one.

Looking at starting the rear end in a bit & unsure to get the link bars blasted & painted & re-bushed which will work out at a few hundred £or just buy new adjustable ones like these

A little update, got the underside cleaned & painted, apart from the rear cradle as the bolts beat me , (most will have herd about getting ko'd off the breaker bar), they will have to wait till i get the carr on the road & get it on a ramp, i have a craddle & billet lateral links to go on.
Didn't take any pics as was a but pee'd off at the time. lol

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Decided to roll the rear arches, cheers Drew for the hire of the roller, i lost a bit paint so took the whole lot off & coated in POR13, there will be not rust there any time soon.

When i 1st built the engine i always had 2 shimms thatwere a little on the tight side so set about re-shimming them, but stood on the rocker cover snapping the breather, managed to get a replacment from Gippa, Cheers bud.

Engine going in
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Had a few issues with the clutch, but after a quick bleed, got it sorted.
The newage PAS lines & pump were a shite fit so had to fad some brackets & hoses up.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Made the fule lines up, using Drews KOOL Tool, which made thing alot easier, frightening how much all the fittings & hose costs, Shocked
