How long does it have left!!!

Well inevitable the 405bhp/428lbft has sharp killed the clutch in the 1500 miles it's done since the bits and various mapping sessions, slipped one in 4th around 7-8weeks ago and the was fine, foot flat to the floor tonight having a bit play and it's now slipping in 2nd all the way upto 6th when foots flat to the floor, but drive fine in low boost, I've already got a paddle clutch bought for it but not sure if it's the way forward? Do I continue driving it on my 20 mile a week trip in the car and wait for it to go completely? Or get get the new one I've got fitted (or a new exedy pink if I change my mind) lol

When my clutch went a couple of weeks ago, it showed the 1st signs of slipping in 6th on the Thursday and by the Saturday it was totally shagged and would not drive at all, so I think yours has done well to last this long after its 1st signs of slipping.

Don't fit a paddle, they are aweful to drive with one fitted, would recomend a exedy pink, AP, or Sachs racing but stay organic what ever you do.

Iddy's car had the Sachs fitted an it drove spot on.

As jonny say paddle clutches are a nightmare for normal driving but great on the drag strip and track! Exeedy pink is a good all round clutch!

I wouldn't leave it to long tho as once the clutch gets down to the rivits it will start to fook the flywheel and you'll end up needing it skimming or a new 1!
