- Cheers Chaps, can't wait to get them fitted, I've had a PS done of the car and I need to get the wing mirrors off so I can paint them too.
Also Need Mario's help to detango the motor. Love the colour of the wheels....just not sure (for me) they go with the car, but definitely unique that's for sure. No probs sorting the headlights out mate, I am off for a week when I get back from Cyprus on 2nd September so give me a shout that week and we'll get cookin' Cheers bud, I'll give you a call after then to arrange a time/date. I hope it is going to be unique mate, that's the idea the theme is red/green, so should eventually go with everything else I'm putting on. Can't understand why it's going to be hard to sell (not that I'm planning to at all) because its got some strange coloured wheels on???

Sorry Well fook me, I feel really sorry for you if you think changing wheels is a struggle, I've got 2 spare sets for it. I bet you wouldn't entertain a new house due to the decor the previous owner has either

| Well as usual Natski is sitting on the fence and being very coy about his feelings on the matter, I'll just say I salute you for wanting to be different and leave it at that. I can understand the sheep comment, but youve got to admit these cars are always going to be versions on a theme unless you do something really drastic, like make it into a pick up or a cabrio or invisible. | |

| Here goes nothing..... Here are the wheels fitted. You can't see the colour properly really, we need the sun out. But you get the idea. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Putting the laquer on changed the appearance a little. So did the tyre fitters change their appearance when they tried to remove the Paint/Laquer. Wankers. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Also done/had some work done in the engine bay, Andy K fitted the hard parts, I done the easy stuff Engine's almost done, few more little cosmetics to do, change a few hoses, polish a couple of bits, but essentially it's there. Original Engine Bay. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Now Fuelab FPR in bottom left hand corner recently fitted, just needs positioned properly. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Had these items fitted too Rallytech Machined Bolt Kit (well almost two of them actually) with red washers and the Alternator and Radiator Panels. 1000cc Injectors [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Purchased a few more parts tonight to go on as I don't like the induction filter and how it sits and the Pierburg 3 Port Solenoid I have is a Pile of steaming dog turd, so have a classic Denso one on it's way. Forgot to take a picture of the front upper grill which I painted a few weeks back and fitted last weekend. I'll get that up tomorrow. Need Locky's services to get a few parts up to scratch too. | |

| Apart from powdercoating the lower grill (unless someone wants to swap this one for a black one) and respraying the car, bsically, the exterior is finished, keeping it pretty much standard, so there's an element of stealth about it. Might De-Tango, but not sure, have the bulbs, but still in Limbo on the decision. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Under-bonnet pic after a clean today. Definitely needs a few parts done by Locky. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] | |

| Am likening the wheels. The big shinny covers over alt and rad should be the same colour of the wheels. | |

| Cheers bud. I considered doing them the same colour (They came powdercoated like that from Rallytech) but not sure as it's the same colour as the battery and intercooler so it all kind of goes together, just need a few more red bits made (LOCKY!! ) When I go FMIC, I'll probably change it all again anyway. | |

I hope your going for a better spec than you sent me, if your wanting to run 550+. 11mm head studs are no good for that power.

| Not a fan of the wheels but as you said you want to be unique and they are certainly that, to be honest if your going 550bhp+ doesn't really matter what it looks like as you'll be going that quick no one will see Good luck with the build and as long as your happy that's all that counts | |

| Just got the wheels in motion to bring my 2.5 kit over, this what's going in, if I've missed something, let me know;
2.5 Engine build 100mm CP Pistons Brian Crower I Beam Rods with ARP2000 fasteners Subaru STi Nitrided Crank 14mm ARP Head Studs ACL Race Bearings Cosworth Head Gasket Cometic Gaskets and Seals Kit
If anyone is looking for a kit, let me know, can get good prices and could also save a bit on cost if shipped together, PM me and I'll fire over a price list.
Oh and I might go for a stroker kit if there's little/no extra cost.
