Which would you have??? Empty
PostSubject: Which would you have???   Which would you have??? EmptyTue 20 Aug - 21:33

Ok guys, in about 2 month maybe less, my wagon will either be getting sold or traded in.
I have a problem, i think ill have roughly 3-4k to spend on another scoob, but which do i go for?
Im looking at Type-R but pricey.
Been looking at Bug/Blob Wrx
Looking at Uk300 Bug.
Classic Sti Imports (early v1-2)
Cant really afford Bug/Blob Sti as they around 5k of what iv seen
Im struggling to make my mind up and it will be my 3 scoob but 2nd turbo, can i have peoples thoughts please?
At moment im swaying toward uk300 as they getting rare now but im only limited to keep it original.
Any help would be great.

I hope not because that’s what mine will be running after its map :DI think that 350 360 bhp will be a wrx's limit after that, 6 speed and forged, but then you might as well sell up and put the extra to an STI. If you will be happy with 350ish bhp then go for a WRX if not then go for the STI Very Happy:D

Ill be happy with 300 lol. I would like the driving seat of a classic but the luxury of a newage lol. My dad just bought a black wrx blob and took it for a spin. Seemed bulky and felt like it wanted to tip lol. Maybe just cause im used to a classic i aint sure. Cant stop looking at cars and its doing my head in lol

I'd go for a TypeR personally. The newages are nice but i miss driving the classic bigtime. TypeR's if kept in good nick, will always hold strong money too.

May stump for a bug wrx around the 300+ mark. Cant keep away from looking at classic STI's tho!!!
This is my only opportunity to have abit of cash saved/spared so my decision has to be rite.
So if any1 fancies my wagon let me know in advance lol

ive had two bugeye wrxs and both times i wish i saved a bit more and bought a blobeye.
best of trying to buy one with most of the mods you would do already done that way u can just add few bits and bobs and enjoy it.
ive never owned a classic though and must admit iam a massive fan of the type r classics now and they probs be worth the same when u come to sell it.

or buy a evo 5/6 haha

also i wouldnt bother with the uk300 as i think they look worse than a standard bugeye and cant see why anyone would pay more for one of them.

For that money it would be sensible to go for a late import wrx classic, If its a classic your after.
There's no way your going to get a nice type r within that budget and the late wrx's hav the same power as the sti's so I have been told.

Been looking at a L reg classic sti. 314bhp with proof. Rebuild by scooby clinic last september. No rust very clean for under 3k. Obviously it wil of gone by the time i get my finger out. Think ill get a classic like. Import car parts have. Sti v6 in, been there a while now, i asked him how much he wanted for it he said ill take around 5k mark. Bit over priced but its a nice example.

I always love very clean V4 classics. V4 sti spoiler, V6 front lip, decent power and nice wheels like revolution millenniums.
