None of them parts are in the heads so should be ok..
Blob STi block conversion would be the most cost effective way to have an engine strong enough to not have to worry about it happening again ever Wink

Depending on how many chickens Byers has working for him at the moment lol!

Why not buy a built engine already ? Plenty respectable breakers selling decent engine or circa £1500 that will be fine at 400bhp.

Gutted for you Winston but its probs for the best, wrx's are made of chocolate mate and it just means that you get to forge it or stick an sti lump in, id go sti personally for the power you got but that's your decision. Who you getting to have a look at it?

Thought it was just the 2.5 that was made by Cadbury's??
Want a bugeye this year but aint got STI money so was gonna stump for a Wrx but having thoughts now

older 2.0 wrx's with original engines like mine are risky when upping the power, mines 19 year old n didn't like the new horse's!

Newage wrx should be fine with 350 ish

So I presume the 2k quote is . If so I'd snap his hand off if I were you. As a fully forged one DIY style would be close to that figure.
