I know this top gear show was on tv ages ago what I'd like to know is how Richard Hammond managed to buy a 02 bugeye wrx wagon for less than £1500

I gave 1500 for mine over 2yr ago .dont forget hamster and his kronies get 1st pick from dealers etc..so when he said 1500 that's probably what the dealers valued it at trade in

I saw a bugeye wrx on eBay for £1600 but when I looked at the description it had 170k on the clock, otherwise I might have been interested. I think a a half decent on probably goes for about £2000-2500 doesn't it?

Not to mention the bog seat bonnet scoop aswell lol I quite like the African specials, they were amusing at least. This years ones were pretty crap though tbh.

Yeah Ian was funny tho how they kept the seat open to get cool air into the intercooler I think it was the better car out of all three cars
