I'm in Catterick near Richmond pal. Knock sensor? Few people suggested that. Just about to pull plugs out and check leads.

It's located under the intercooler down the RH side, pain in the arse to get to aswel. Its bolted into the block. I had same problem on my classic mate. If its knackered make sure you replace it with a genuine subaru 1.

So I've removed plugs and replaced. Checked coil pack. All seems fairly clean n tidy. Problem is I've made it worse. Gonna have to pull em all out again fs lol

Could be the gap on the spark plug then. Should be gapped at 0.9mm i think. If they new plugs they should already be gapped ready.

Measured gap at .6 - .7 that's what I was advised.

Bought from a dealer in Peterborough. Part ex t clear knew it would have problems. Something to work on though. Have noticed also when revving from tick over always misses first off then revs.
