Am looking at a TD05 but before its fitted it'll need converting to front entry and I wouldn't mind getting it rebuilt at the same time. I know Braveheart developments do the front entry but not sure on the rebuild side need to ring them. Does anyone know of anywhere that will do it all at the same I can recommend them?
Thanks

My TD04 is one of Jonny Gav's but I don't think hes doing them any more as he was my first port of call.

Hello mate, I can have a look at it for you to see if it's worth rebuilding or even requires a rebuild, I will have a look in the shed tonight, I think I have a front entry cover left that I can fit for you also.

I haven't bought one yet but if you would give it a once over and fit the front entry cover that would be great? Anything apart from cracks and shaft play I need to watch out for?

Look for one with no shaft play, worn bearings usually means the shaft is worn too so aren't worth bothering with.
Yeah I can sort the front cover out for you, think there is a good one on eBay at the moment at around £150
Have a search

You will also need the new style water pipes to fit it to your car, they are easy to pick up from eBay for around £35 though.
