Car insurance due

Well my insurance is due on the 7th jan I'm with greenlight and been quoted as my renewel for £423.35 down £70 on last year all mods declaired and 8 years no claims. What's the other company's that people use

Sky is closed untill after new year I will try Keith micheals and a plan

Got to say v disappointed in Keith Michaels this year. Despite me giving them 2 opportunities to quote against other competitive prices (which I even gave actual prices and brokerage names) they didn't lift a finger. I called them the night before my renewal after being told "we don't want to lose you so we'll have a look at this" only to be told by someone who sounded like he'd just looked at the screen for the first time "your renewal is the best we can do, sorry mate, take it or leave it"

I used to be a broker and that was a lousy response. I'd have hauled one of my own team over the coals for that. Pathetic

A Plan on the other hand (Zoe) could not have been nicer. They initially called me as I was with them prior to KMART and they asked if they could give me a quote. Called me every few days to check on my progress with quotes etc and sorted out everything and beat KM by a full £70.

Tried Sky, Greenlight and a few others but A Plan best by a mile (for me and my details).

i,ve just done with sky got a realy good price and its first time i,ve declared ALL mods on car

I always got good quotes with aplan never paid above 380 all mods declared
...i ask a few companies for club discounts but they wouldn't entertain it

Hard to get through to though

I pay £150 fully comp protected on my fully declared Greenwagon woth all the bits

He must have that on some kind of Classic policy though Lordy with other restrictions. You can't get a TPF&T risk covered typically for that kind of lolly.

About £400 im 43yo Iv got 8 years no claims low miles a year so I'm not expected to to thousands cos I drive a subaru

Andy I am 47, have 19 years NCB, live in a very low crime rate area, have declared all mods, running 358 bhp, car always garaged, limited mileage of 5,000 per year and I am still paying around £400 with Greenlight. What you are paying isn't that bad mate.

U old sod mario hehehehe I will end up going with greenlight again in also gonna see if they do mirror insurance for my other car when they reopen on Monday morning.

Yes mate I am an old sod and I drive like a big fanny

They did mirror insurance for me on the Subaru as my NCB is currently on the Skodinator

I will Defo get in touch and get qoutes on both cars
