Driving home last night, car seemed a bit borky, kept throwing CEL on. Done fault codes and got code 24 (idle control valve). Swapped it for one in the garage, but that was knackered, so put other one back in. Now the car will start but as soon as the start up revs drop, the car dies.
Will a completely knackered ICV cause this?
Any help appreciated as i need my car back running asap
