hi guys, sorry havent been on here for ages but as you may remember i had my scooby rebuilt last july at £1200 but unfortunatley it only lasted 2 months before it started to knock again and eventually died last september. so its needing another bottom end again.
i have tried to save up again as the garage who did it said it would be about another £500 but what with someone in the family dying and the job losses....well im struggling to get it together.
Im thinking of selling it as it is. What would i expect to get for a 75,000 STi RA ver 3 in white, no mods except potenza suspension and backbox, very clean with full jap history etc? there is no other problems with it except bottom end. I have owned it for nearly five years.
any help you can give would be appreciated

You really would be better off putting the 500 into it as it is only worth spares or repair money, that being around £600.
As you know it is worth more than a total of £1100 when repaired.

johnny are you sure STi RA's are only worth 1100 when fixed?
better off breaking it then!

Get the engine fixed mate,
Running car always worth more than one that doesnt,
When im looking at cars if the engine is goosed, then i cant drive it at speed,so camt check the turbo,gearbox,brakes etc all work correctly, so bear in mind that people would offer alot lower than its true worth as they take into consideration other items ive mentioned may ,or may not work.
