Subject: bleeping noise? Fri 30 Nov - 19:06
every now and again when i fire car up i get a bleep,its the same bleeping that goes off if u have left a door open when u set alarm but only does it once.any ideas what it could be only done it about 3 times now this week.

lmao good thinking she is here to stay now but wor lass is getting sick of the noise though an can a shite find a backbox cheap and quiet enough at mo.anyway bk on subject lol could it be battery on way out maybe.

Could be a faulty door open sensor thingy.. The one in my boot is sticky and the light forgets to come on when I open it sometimes ,,then the alarm goes off cos I'm to stupid to remember to press it with me finger..

If its on startup, its your battery. I have the same and need to replace it.

Mine does that if I leave the car for more than a day, its your alarm sensing a low voltage on start up

Get the battery properly load tested and go from there would be my advice.

I had a beep a couple of days ago, just beeped once quickly before I started up. Never heard it before so I thought wtf? If the cold weather is kicking in then maybe it could be the battery on it's way out.
