I have an opportunity to buy a Ninja2 backbox and centre, questions;

Will it sound noticably better than my Prodrive standard? (Blob 2005 sti PPP)

Will I need the ECU resetting or something, or can I just get any local garage to bang it on for me and rip the prodrive out?

£125, is that a reasonable price for backbox and centre?

Not sure what the Prodrive system is like, but the Ninja2 system is very quite IMO.

Its a 2.5 system so i would have thought if you p.drive system is the same, i wouldn't have thought you will have to change anything,

£125 is a godd price for the full cat back system if its in good nick.
