Hi all its not my scooby but my sons mk8 fiesta ,he has bought new leather steering wheel and i was going to change it but bit worried about removing airbag have been told to remove battery and leave for 10 mins then it will be ok to disconnect is this true ,thanks

yes it's true, but i always wait 30 mins just to be sure I felt the airbag in my face last weeks and it's a right kick in the face
