Subject: quick question Sun 6 Jan - 12:53
Looking at getting another scooby and love the hawkeyes but id prefer to stay 2.0l did they ever do a hawkeye which was uk spec as a 2.0l sti or were they all 2.5l? cheers guys

i think the spec c hawk eye is still a 2l! not a 100% tho

Keighley trade centre has a few hawk and hatches in with 2.0 engine in

All uk models are 2.5, all JDM are 2.0

I'd need a uk spec on really... Just love the hawkeye shape but I no the 2.5 have reported troubles. Think ill go for a late blob eye then as that's about my budget cheers for the info guys

Just wondering why you need a uk spec car, I went from 2.0l jdm bugeye last year to a 2.5l when I bought my hawkeye, I much prefer the 2.5 as it seems to have loads more grunt from lower in the rev range which I prefer.

The JDM 2.0 sti's are twin scroll mate.

When I had my Jdm bug then upgraded to my uk spec hawk sti my insurance stayed the same.

Well not for me it wasn't, was insured with Keith michaels at the time, I suppose if the uk spec is modified it won't make any difference as they are both then not uk spec.

its a bugeye sti converted too a hawkeye, dont want too sell it, but dont think av got a option, me house comes 1st ....

Keighley trade centre had them which doesn't read keighley trade centre has them go buy one, am well aware that they bought them crash damaged from Japan for years don't a quick repair and sold them on and they put a capital P in Pikey
