2.5 forged type R

Thinking about going to look at a Type R tomorrow all I know about the car is it has a forged 2.5 in it and its a P plate in sonic blue..
Its very cheap but could do with a full re spray in dark mica blue

If it has anything exciting under the bonnet apart from the forged block I'm going to seriously think about buying it..

Can anyone give me some info on the type Rs standard spec.

Turbo type
Injector size
Gearbox type ( is it the stronger 5 speed )

Obviously with it having a 2.5 in it has already been mapped somehow
And the guy selling it obviously knows a thing or two about scoobies cos he has just bought a spec C hawk..

I'm sick of mine now and can't be chewed on with getting the clutch done and I have always fancied a type r they are my fav Scoob of all time Apart from the 22b

Correct me if I'm wrong I'm not 100% on this lol

Injectors yellow 440cc
Gearbox close Ratio 5 speed with adjustable centre diff

Just found out the white one iv bought was rebuilt with roger Clark part including clutch and only done 3500 miles and done 2012 and loads of bills for prove

Good news about yours Gary I would of bought it a few months back if it was a type r but it is a lovely car with great spec

I have also found a type RA with a six speed box for sale but its about £1500 too expensive so fook that

Sometimes mate I would just love to write down all of your classic posts and compile them into a wee book to read when I am on the Khazi having a Hector Britt - they are hilarious. But I know you are also serious when you post them and are usually better after a wee lie down. Chill mate - she gave you the best present of them all - your boy. Wives/partners are here to bring balance to our lives, without them half of us at least would be feckin' ruined in a gutter, in prison or just a total loser. Yes you get the odd nutter here and there and everybody makes mistakes, but I don't think you have.
