Are Subarus doomed to 'chavs'

Just been down South Shields for a curry, went down the coast.....some nice classics & some knackers down there but some right chavs driving them with teenage 'scallys' hanging out of the back, one hand on the wheel the other on their knob, revving the nuts off them style drivers......

Are classics going to become the new corsas/saxos

Nope, these were pretty young 18/19 probably so either decent jobs or funded by Mammy/Daddy...... poor little Subarus

The problem is some older classics in the autotrader for 1500 quid so they not spending 3000 on a corsa they using the extra for the insurance for one year then have to get rid

I hate to say it but they have been the choice of the chav for a good few years now. A posh chav car due to the running costs, but you do get a lot of knackers in older Imprezas nowadays.

Shame as it makes the enthusiast look bad.

cos if they not bouncing the engine off the redline, they put them into a hedge

so plenty ov cheap scoobs to break for parts

Steve very good point, I have always thought may aswell pay a bit more insurance to have a car I like, but poor ickle scoobs

guess i must be a chav ive always got 1 hand on the wheel and the other on my knob trouble is those chavs put our premiums up cos they think they can drive all too often they cant.........

Bet it's a bit different to the way they do it with their chin on the steering wheel, waiting for the next fellow chav to race off the lights....into a ditch via a lamppost!
