Subject: secondary air pump Tue 3 Sep - 9:21
Just a few things left to do before mapping on the 10th, the tgv deletes are ready to go in so thought I would remove the air pump at the same time, but do I have to keep one of the sensors from the two valves plugged in and will I be ok to drive the car to the mapping session. cheers

yep. just thought... when daren took mine out , he welded the ends up ! so ya mite have to do that to yours to. not sure if im coming in my scoob as i have some wheels to pick up.

I will have to weld the ends, just need to know about a sensor that might have to be plugged back in it looks like some 06 wrx's did not have it and others did it’s an air pressure switch that sits on top of one of the valves.

looks like its tapped up in my engine bay. switches are still on parts in garage. so probs not needed. but not 100 perc sure with yours. will bring the bits taken off to meet tonite for ya to see.
