| does anyone know which radiator fan is the aircon one, passenger or drivers side, as fitted alloy rad but because of the thicker core the boost pipe for the front mount wont fit, so want to do away with the passenger rad fan if its the aircon one as its ben removed, cheers. | |

| On my blue wagon, there should of been aircon but it was removed, it left 1 fan on the drivers side. So id say passenger side to take out. | |

| theres no designated fan for the aircon, the twin fan setup on a classic operates both fans at half speed when aircon is activated | |

| Agree with Andy, just remove the near side fan, cars without air con only have the drivers side fan as standard. | |

I had the same issue on the Type R, rather than ditching the NS fan or fitting slim line aftermarket ones, I trimmed the metal shroud down where it hit the IC pipe & then took some meat off the fan blades, worked a treat. | |
