I use millers 10/60 but the cars mapped for just under 380bhp but if it's standard you could use millers 10/40 cfs

Cheers mate, was recommended shell 10-40 if you change it every 3000 miles which I will be doing

its not the cheapest but you pay for quality oil

When my Hawkeye was running about 350 I used Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40 as that was what was being used by the previous owner - seemed to do a good job and I changed my oil every 2,500 miles anyway. But as Maca says Millers is top quality oil and it is what I use in my Type R (10w60)

I've seen a few reviews of Shell Helix Ultra, generally people regard it as a good oil. I've never ran it in my Hawkeye so couldn't give you my own opinion. I do use Millers Nano Drive. I did run 10w60 but now 10w50 against the general advice of others on here.
If I was you I would keep running the millers 10w 50

Stay with what the car has now or change to Millers 10w60.
