cheers mate. stil unsure as to which route im going to take with mine. been looking at putting forged pistons/rods in it and hiking the power up but cant see the point in doing so if the gearbox is just gonna give up the ghost as i cant justify the cost of putting in the likes of a ppg. is this the highest figure that anyone knows of whilst still maintaining full reliability?? thanks for the help mate ;-)

cheers for the link mate. are you stil doing the carbon wrapping as im after a normal size version6 bonnet scoop done to match my bonnet. gonna part with the sti8 style one as it will end up sucking up small chidren/annimals lol. if you could pm me a price i would appreciate it, cheers.

p.s. your car looks the business ;-)

if your going front mount stick a reverse scoop on mate. the power your aiming for will reach speeds that make your bonnet flap up and down like fook pretty quickly. mine does it at 100-110 and it's very unnerving!! affraid affraid

haha. i already have that problem mate lol. my car is currently running over 400bhp (andy forrests estimates) and the bonnet does tend to try and climb up the windscreen which is like you say quite unnerving. i was thinking either normal scoop or reverse like gippas. not sure which would look best to be honest.
