which gearbox oil do you recomend , going to change the oil but not sure which one to use

Most people seem to favour the Millers 75w-90Gearbox Oil.
You can get it in two grades: TRX - Semi Synthetic. CRX - Fully Synthetic (Competition Grade).
Plenty of other choices out there.

Yup, I'll second the millers. As kushbex said there are others out there: Motul Motylgear 75W-90 Mobil Mobilube 1 SHC 75W-90 Motul Gear 300 75W-90 etc.
You'll need about 3.5L

If it was me I would use the Fully Synthetic but you may experience notchy gearchanges until the box warms up a bit.
Plus the price is a major factor.

i always use the millers crx 75w90 nt and peeps usually comment that gearchanges are smoother etc,even from cold
