NBO Stand arrangements.

NBO is getting close

Micky M has been on the phone to me today about bringing a gazebo, due to work commitments I don't have time to organise the whole stand so I am looking for volunteers to help sort out what the arrangements are for the day.

what are we doing for-

A barby, are we having one? if so someone will need to arrange this.
Gazebo, do we need one for the day? mick has offered his.
Car positioning, think Mid life is sorting this one.

We have 2 weeks to sort this out.

All help and suggestions on this welcome.

Unfortunatly with working away all the time I'm not around to help out much with hands on arrangements but if anyone needs any internet 'research', phoning around or 'remote' donkey work doing, let me know and I'll do what I can.

Oh noooo, thought you would be there

i could probably get hold of a couple of fold up tables like last year if they are needed.(but i would need to know you deffo want em,they are works so i need to make sure they are free on the day)

Anyone know Keith (Mr Terzo), he has the banner but I think he sold his scoob, can anyone that lives close to him pick it up???

He lives between lanchester and satley now Jonny so not to far for someone to go ;-)

That would look good, I'd chip in would only be a couple of quid each for a couple of em

yeah wouldnt be much and would give our stand a decent look would just need a few metal poles to strap it to sure some one has a scaffy bar they could chop down to 2'5 lengths

ive emailed the company ill let ya know what there reply is tomorrow when i hear from them

what size are the gazebo's people are taking would the banners not fit on them.

something like this would look good but i would think expensive. excuse the poor photoshop effort

It's all down to the cost don't think people will pay much a couple of quid each is Nowt but ya talking a few quid to get stuff like that done I would have thought anyway

couldn't find a price to get the name put on but a basic gazebo is well over £100 so i would think very expensive.

Micky, that banner your talking about. NESF already have 2 of them ;-) But not like that design though.

Was just a thought mate thought it would be good to have the sites banner on
