coilovers suspension

got the chance to purchase some coilovers..he wants £450...pexi n1 type v...or would it be best putting new ones.ive also been offerd sti suspension would these do the job?.recentley had my car in a garage and the mechanic said my front end was sitting too low,and suggested the springs have been shortend.recomended i get them changed as the car was not sitting right..any advice appreciated..cheers keith

majority of the coilovers are brutal on impreza, even more so on a classic, the bc adjustable and the eibach ones still retain some comfort, majority of rest rattle ya teeth out, ok for a smooth track surface but different story on the road

thats more than a 4 inch drop

i got told the lowest you could drop an impreza without destroying something was 9.5 cm
lower and you could damage the drive shafts....

mine was fine al get a pic up

mine was dropped onits arse think the drive shafts were nearly paralel

woudnt use coilovers on a road car again just my opinion

I've heard that the Apexi n1 type v coilovers are too hard for everyday road use.
