as for me foot its doing ok, didn't even get shouted at when I seen the consultant but was told I couldn't do anything for another 6wks yeh righty oh

Nowt better than a spin out in this weather, well nearly. Mind me bank balance wishes it was rainy and depressing again its costing me a fucking fortune this weather. Never fails to amaze me how you can empty a full tank in a long afternoon out.

Pmsl well he got it wrong how long i should have me cast on, told 3 mth lasted 4 ish wks lol. Plus he was happy with the progress didn't mention i'd put an engine in like lol.
So good given it a good blast up burden back rd's.
warning always take note of your doctor and consultant they didn't spend all them yrs at med school on pub crawls for nothing :-)
