Subject: won't start:( Wed 9 Nov - 12:41
my car won't start i hear the fuel pump go on , but when i try to start it it just farts a bit and stalls any idea's what it could be? checked the spark plugs and they all work fine. didn't test the injectors but i don't think that will be it help me plz the car got me puzzeled

Disconnect the MAF sensor and see if it starts.

Mine was the throttle body gasket or doing 160 lol

If it does start with the maf unPlugged check all air hoses at turbo and intercooler, also check dumpvalve to ensure it is closing. If everything there is fine then try changing the maf sensor.

Thats exactly what mine did when the maf kicked the bucket. unplugged it and it ran fine

well Jonny did it again it runs without the maf now somebody has a maf sensor for me

yeah i went to a auto parts store and they are looking into it for me they are going to call me this afternoon
