Clutch Slipping.. Replacement Ideas??

Alright, I got my prodrive exhaust fitted on saturday and on the way home I discovered, to my delight, that the clutch has decided to hang up its gloves.. lovely

In january im getting a walbro225 & a K&N Panel Filter fitted along with an Andy Forrest remap so I just wandered if anyone could recommend a new clutch that will handle the mods I am getting done.

any help would be much appreciated?

I run an uprated exeedy in my classic and now on my second 1! First 1 last along time we and we spent alot of time on the drag strip wiv alot of hard launches and did a track day this year and about 20k fast road miles lol

as said above, a exeedy clutch is more than upto the job

but the standard clutch is also capable ov handling 350+ bhp

and am sure AS performance or import car parts will do you one cheaper than that

Didn't Drew post a quote up recently somewhere on here for a replacement clutch? Sure it was around the £350 mark..

I just got a 230 mm clutch from import car parts for 170

That's the 1 I got paid 300 for it I think! And yeah think drew had some cheap clutches not sure wat they were tho!

Do you know where Id get the standard clutch from mate? if it would cope with the increase in torque and I can save myself a few quid i may as well just get that one, tried AS performance and he reckoned £600 quid fitted so Im gunna have to look elsewhere unfortunately

Spot on that's the exact answer I was hoping for lol, ill get it bought, the missus will just have to wait till the January sales for most of her prezzies this Christmas haha
