Subject: De-tango Headlights Sat 7 Jan - 9:37
Does anyone on here offer a de-tangoing service for blobeye headlights, had a look at doing it myself but it looks tricky, think I'd rather pay someone who knows what they're doing

I shall let you know that these is a guide on this that tells you to put them in the oven!! What i didn't relise it was USA and got my oC and oF the wong way round!
Ill never forget Liannes Face at the Smoking head lamps on the "chopping boards" and me blowing them to get the fire out and stop the plastic lugs drooping PMSL
She did how ever help me put them back together
The other times heat gun fook the Yanks!!!

Right fook it, I'm going to have a shot next week and see how it goes. Does anyone know If these bulbs will fit directly in and replace the original ones?

Right, I'm defo doing mine this weekend.. Getting my front discs skimmed @ Revolution in the morning so i'll pick uo some silvatec bulbs then.. Do you have to heat them up again before they go back together or will they just stick?

yeah john did our bug lights satin black,and him and his steven (thecarman) did his blob lights at the same time,you just need to be carefull but look good

the hardest part is removing from car/bumper......mild heat in oven if your a little nervous at first remember to remove all wires n bulbs lol.

Is there a certain black paint you need to use for the heat off the bulbs as I'm thinking the black insert option too
