Are finns ported headers the same as what harvey does?
Who's are the best for quicker spool etc?

What ported headers do is allow the gasses to flow more freely just like a de cat exhaust, improving the gas flow before the turbo helps spool the turbo up quicker hence the gains, this also allows the gasses to exit the heads more efficiently, this allows the engine to drag or in a turbocharged cars case have more air forced in giving a better cylinder filling.
The principle that Finn and Harvey's suppliers (he doesn't do them himself) uses is the same, the disadvantage in my opinion of Harvey's headers is he removes the standard heat shields and replaces them with overpriced heat wrap that only lasts 6 months, this stuff is dangerous on a Subaru engine as it induces moisture/liquid including oil and power steering fluid, not good if you like your engine bay flame free as the headers can get up over 600 degs C!

I would check it with det cans to ensure is isn't detting and a wide band to be sure it is fueling ok.
