PostSubject: BRZ - Newcastle Subaru - Bank Holiday Weekend   BRZ - Newcastle Subaru - Bank Holiday Weekend EmptyThu 26 Apr - 12:01

Fantastic news, Newcastle Subaru have been allocated the BRZ for viewing at there showroom in North Shields. They have secured 15 BRZ models for completed orders and to sell to the lucky ones!

They are opening the doors for the full Bank holiday weekend to view the car and expect some exciting things, look out for the artist painting a car with a remote control car! (popbangcolour.com).

Refreshment will be on all weekend, but so we dont run out please contact me to let me know if you are coming! Look forward to seeing you on the Bank Holiday Weekend.

Regards
The Newcastlew Subaru Team.

They are £24,000 rising to £27,000.

I am sure they would accommodate us if we had a visit, don't think they would get 40 cars in the car park.

Hi everyone

I have arranged with Newcastle Subaru to go on Bank Holiday Monday, get there for 10am and they will provide bacon buns and coffee for club members.

Members from the south could possibly meet at Washington Services 9am for a 9.30 start and go through the tunnel. 30-40 scoobies in a tunnel what could be a better noise!!!!!!!

I need to know numbers so they know how many bacon buns to supply. If you add your name to the list.

BRZ - Newcastle Subaru - Bank Holiday Weekend Empty
PostSubject: Re: BRZ - Newcastle Subaru - Bank Holiday Weekend   BRZ - Newcastle Subaru - Bank Holiday Weekend EmptySat 5 May - 23:40

Sorry guys could not come with you on Monday as working but went along this afternoon for a look and these are my thoughts on it

And yes it's better then the photos on the web

As stunner
Yes it's low and wide too so tight parking will be fun with it
Driving position is superb
Equipment levels are very high
Folding heated mirrors
Start button
Heated seats front led lights looked great
Nice neat rear spoiler
Very supportive and plush seats although could be tight if your er ..fat
Nice red stitching
Slighter softer feel plastics then the new hatch
Wheels look good and will be easy to keep clean
Lovely burble from the twin exhaust
Trim very good quality
Rear seats fold perfectly flat so 4ft loading bay
And yes with the misses in driving position I could sit in the back seat for very short journeys
Headroom adequate for my 6ft height
Plenty of adjustment for seats

I could not fault it and not even driven it yet
And the price either 25k or 26.5k with metallic and higher trim

It's the future of Subaru and my ideal midlife crises car as I approach the magic 50 half the price of a Porsche cayman/ boxster

300 only coming into the uk and there won't be any free stock so you need to order it as a special you might be lucky for this year but more likely for next year
San remo red white ,grey ,silver and of course the wr blue

Subaru have a winner with this car just it's so much different to what we are used to

Could to fault it
Delivery on wr blue or maybe silver might be this year if your lucky

Go in with an open mind as its a rwd coupe with a 2lr engine but it's great
Spoke with Phil a really decent bloke who knows his stuff and they have a great STi in the showroom and a cosworth outside as well as some great second hand modles
Be interested to know what you all think of the future of Subaru
I know it will be my next car for lordys fleet Very Happy
