IIRC my brackets had two sets of holes which allowed the flaps to be mounted Hi or Low. It's was only about 1" difference but it was all I needed as my car was already lowered on Eibachs. Still dragged occasionally but only on extreme surfaces.......or during extreme cornering.
Think the wheels look nice but not sure about matt black all over. Ive seen a car (possibly NBO last year) which was a full shoot and it just looked odd alongside all the normal ones. Admittedly this one was plain, maybe with some radical decals it would look better, but it's a pricey gamble.
