Just found out my car doesn't have MOT. It was supposed to be MOTd til September some time, but someone done an MOT test on it in December which failed so invalidates the 'PASSed' MOT.
Argh :@ I think I'm just going to throw it on eBay and let it go for whatever it goes for :@ all I can say is thank **** I never got a producer! Shame the guy I bought it off is on the southern coast or I'd be knocking on his door too see what he's playing at! Saying that, the log book says he didn't get the car til after that 2nd no reason for MOT happened :/ sighhhhhhhhhhh

Why dont you put an MOT on it?
Seems a bit harsh selling up just because of an MOT

MOT isn't really the reason, I was thinking of selling anyways - I just don't fancy putting and unknown amount of possible £s into a car I don't want to keep. It shouldn't really fail on much imo, I haven't had a really good poke about but my guess is the most expensive things it'll need is two front tyres.
I think I was just annoyed earlier on today, I might get it tested and just go from there :/

To make a genuine sale it needs a genuine MOT otherwise they will have the same problems as you... put an MOT on it whats the worst that can happen?
